How to Display Content Under Tabs

Can't figure out how to display content using Tabs GK4 with joomla 2.5.

The options allow you to select a module, but how do I select the exact module or category of articles I want to display.

This is not very intuitive, struggling and I know there is only one thing that I'm missing.

Someone please help me.
