Layout options for multiple category selection

I am trying to change the default category for secondary 1 to 2 in the Menu manager. Right now the settings are not enabled for me to change them. Anyone know a work around this?

Try enable using K2 default css in K2 preferences and if this will not work than ass this to override.css file:
