translating theme

I would like to translate the text 'select a page' in mobile menu to my own language.
I have done it with poedit. But which folder I should put mo and po files and how should I name those?
I have tried several options and could not get it working.

Regarding the poedit, you should use de_DE.po and de_DE.mo where de_DE is your language code. Please put these files into Fest/langauges directory.

Alternatively you can use translation plugin, like Loco Translate - it will be much easier.

I have named files correctly and put to Fest/languages directory and it does not work.
Maybe I should try that plugin then.
