Weird message and module not showing

Hi, I am getting this message on my site: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING

And it is resulting in the contdown text and register button not showing. This just happened by itself. How can i fix it?

I don't see this error and all seems to be working fine.
Quick search in google gave me this topic:

which points to kunena as the possible problem.

The problem is there, but some times it shows normal. The solution can't be in kunena because I have never used kunena on this site.

Maybe some different component causes this. It it is not repeatable I'm afraid I can't help much.
