I have a problem with the quickstart and template manager

When i instal the quickstart (gk_fest_quickstart_J!3.zip), the template doesn't show in the template manager.

When i instal gk_fest_J!3.zip the template does show in the template manager. Of course i need the quickstart

What am i doing wrong???

i get a "Fatal error: Call to a member function loadMenu() on a non-object in /home/b10661be/public_html/polderscross/templates/gk_fest/layouts/default.php on line 72"

How can i solve this?

First of all please check if you have uploaded correctly all files.
