Quickstart package installation error for local host

Hello,
The problem with the quickstart package. During installation on local host the process stops and it redirects me to the finalization step again. I checked database data, names, passwords three times, installed basic joomla package from official webiste without any problems too.
Could you please give any idea how to solve it and install the package?

Just tried to install another theme quickstart - same result. What I'm missing?

Most common is that the server setting is too low for database connection and database cannot be installed. Try rise execution time or disable showing errors in php.ini. Both will help for the same problem.
