Upcoming Events Error

Would you be kind enough to help me solve this issue with the Upcoming Events Module please, the following code is displayed on my frontpage immediately after a QuickStart installation. I did upgrade NSP5 straight after installation but have not done anything with the module, I thought it best to contact you before I started messing around with it.
