[SOLVED] Where to set RIGHT TOP width?

I'm getting mad in trying to set the right-top width, I think I have set it correctly but my site is displayed in this way:

and as you can see the banner in the right top position is not showed completely (it is a 300*250 banner)and the right border (black) of the banner is not displayed..

How to solve that?
