theme update for lay-out menu on smartphone?

This template (Creativity) has a poorly designed menu on mobile devices (if I may say so).
Are there any plans for an update of this template in which this will be fixed?

Hi

Menu for this template is using a regular <select></select> feature. It's up to browser how they will present it (it may look differently depending what browser site will be viewd with). It is a standard solution to minimise code and use as many browser-oriented functionality as possible. It will not be changed/upgraded I'm afraid.
