How to change link for WHAT WE DO in Creativity Theme

Can someone help by telling me how i can change the link/url to the WHAT WE DO that appears in Image Show?

Last question. Is there a way to not show the "#gk-header" in the url?

e.g www.gavick.com/#gk-header

You can use completely different link i.e. http://yourdomain.com/subpage/
but if you want to link to the Portfolio section, you should use #gk-header anchor link. (it can't be changed without theme files modifications)
