Contact form in Spanish

Hello:
I have problems to change the fields of the contact form to the Spanish language?
We have already tried to modify the file gkcontact.php, but do not see the modifications Which file should I edit ?.
And through Cpanel, we edit the creative.pot file, but we have not achieved the desired results either.

Hola:
Tengo problemas para cambiar los campos del formulario de contacto al idioma español?
Ya hemos intentado modificar el fichero gkcontact.php, pero no se ven las modificaciones Que fichero debo editar?.
Y por medio de Cpanel, editamos el fichero creativity.pot, pero tampoco hemos conseguido los resultados deseados.

Contact form fields are placed within Creativity/gavern/helpers/helpers.shortcodes.php file.
