template tabs configuration not displayed

Hello,
i still have a big problem witl creativity template installation : i cannot
see the template tabs configuration in joomla admin- I saw in the forum
discussions and i installed after the template updated version and it is the
same problem.
Please can you help me?

Did you clear your Joomla, plugins and browser's cache? If that won't help, you can send me a PM with your website backend access, then I'll be able to check the issue.
