template problem in joomla admin

Hello, when I go in my template admin in joomla - I haven't anymore the tabs with all options to configurate the template. Have you got an idea about this bug?

Please update your template to the latest version and clear your browser's cache.

Capture.jpg[/attachment]what is the process to update? shall i install the new zipped version over the current one? because at the moment i haven't any update or other option throught the template admin in joomla.
