No luck with GK Contact Form

Hi there,

I've been on this for over a week trying to get the GK contact form to work. No matter what I do, I cannot get it to send emails. I thought it may have something to do with the Captcha plugin so I went ahead and enabled it. I populated all the required fields, obtain public and private keys from Google, populated everything from A to Z. Unfortunately the Captcha field does not appear on the Form even though I have "Yes" selected in the Plugin Manager for GK Contact. What could it be preventing the Captcha field from appearing on the site?
