Making Static Images into buttons/rollovers in Shortcodes

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if someone could please assist me with the correct syntax in the Shortcodes to make my row of images into functioning buttons. I dont just want them to return a URL I want to be able to open a popup div.

My website is here:

The images that I want to turn into that are attached below.

Sadly this is kind of customisation that we don't support. If you would have simple question on ready code I could help more, but creating one for you is not covered by our support.
