How to change text in mainbody widget?

how can i change the text in the mainbody widget?
at the moment it says Take a tour, learn more before you use our products.
i changed it to say Contact the Doctor, email [email protected]

Now it doesnt show up.
Any ideas?

Also how do i change those 3 images in the middle that say HTML5 and responsive? .
I have changed the words but i cant change the pictures

Hi,

You have to edit Text widget from "Mainbody" widget area (Take a tour, learn more before you use our products.)
and 3 Images (icons) may be changed by CSS, text is placed in Mainbody Top text widget, You can also remove it and add your own images (photos)

Thanks for the reply, The Mainbody is not showing up with either the original text or my edited text. Id like to solve this before i tackle the 3 icons. Any ideas?
