Arrange widgets

Hi!
After the last update of Wordpress I am not able to arrange all of the widgets in the sidebar position. I have a lot of widgets and only like the 20 first widgets works. How many I can rearrange differs with the screen size. If the browser is in full screen I can arrange more, the smaller window the less I can rearrange. I really don't know where to start to look where the problem might be. I've searched but there doesn't seem to be with the wordpress update alone because then i probably would have found the problem. So i guess there i something with the theme.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
