Web Site suddenly very slow on some menu items

Hi... On one of our websites we installed Cloudhost template using quickstart. All features were working very well as we built the site. We noticed an upgrade was released for Cloudhost, so we installed the upgrade. Since that time we notice some of our menu items stopped working... they are very slow... taking 30 seconds to one minute to load. Home page continues to work very fast and contact page also works fast. Is it possible upgrade has corrupted something?
The site is http://www.synapticweb.co (that ends "co" NOT "com")
Here is a summary of how it works for us when we test (we always test after clearing cache - site and browser.)
Home page comes up very fast - always good.
Menu item "What We Do" (type = K2+categories) - SLOW up to 30 seconds
Menu item "Our Plans" (type = Single Article) - SLOW up to 10 seconds
Menu item "Testimonials" (type = Category Blog) - VERY SLOW up to 90 seconds!!!
Menu item "Contact Us" (type = Single Contact) - OK!
Menu items Features and Typography are from the quickstart. We leave them in for comparison for now.
We also see that items on home page that link to K2 items are also very slow. (These are the same items that are displayed with the menu "What We Do")
And finally, on backend we notice very slow to save and close K2 items and Joomla articles... much slower than before upgrade!
Any advice you can offer on how to identify the problem is greatly appreciated. We have other sites using Gavick templates and have no problems like this! Thank you.

It is strange behaviour, but if same thing is happening in joomla panel than I do not think template can be causing it. I've noticed that the pages which take longer to load are having K2 content, so my guess would be that it's a problem with K2. Try to reinstall it. Maybe some file got corrupted in this component. Make also sure if database is up to date. Send me an access to joomla panel if all above will fail.

Thank you for your suggestions... sadly... it did not work... I tried a few things to fix this issue...
I reinstalled k2 with latest package - no change
I reinstalled cloudhost template - no change
I reinstalled joomla 3.4.8 update package - no change
I used Akeeba Admin Tools Pro to repair and optimize database - no change
I tried using deafault .htaccess file from joomla instead of customized .htaccess from Akeeba - no change
I manage 14 websites on the same server. This is the only site with a problem like this and it only shows up on a few menu items. My other sites running Gavick templates, RocketTheme templates and Joomla Protostar template all work consistently and very fast.
I welcome you to log in to joomla admin panel or even CPanel if you need to inspect even further. How shall I send you login credentials?

I'm afraid I do not see what can be causing this issue, but when saving K2 item there is a message:
Cache is not being cleaned when using just K2, so it may be this 3rd pary cache option causing this delay. You should try to disable it. Anyway I still think problem is related with K2, since none of our products affects K2 adding/editing, You should contact K2 support.

To all who read this thread... The issue has been resolved. It was not related to either Gavick template or K2. I had installed an SEO plugin that I was unaware had been configured incorrectly. On pages with both Joomla articles and K2 items the plugin was causing the slow response. I have re-configured the plugin and now all areas of the site perform correctly. Thanks again for the responses and advice.
