Hi
Make a copy of a style and enter it. On the first page of it You will see an option to select a language this style should be related with.

Hi
Frontpage needs a special "page class suffix" to show as frontpage. When You have made a frontpage for different language than You've created different ID. Simply check in menu manager what ID is it and in template configuration for this language add/change the Item id number for this new item. It's in section "Features" and page class suffix will be there already, just with a different ID (old frontpage).
