Fresh Cloud Host install.
The template goes up for 10 minutes then just disappears, blank page. Been through all of the documentation to no avail.
Hosted using https: encrypted traffic. Do we need to use public http:

Hi
It's hard to tell what can be wrong without seeing it, but for sure our templates works with https. Maybe there is some cross origin issue in other place. If You can see blank page try rise error showing level to maximum to learn what error is causing that.

I've looked at the site page and there's no source code. I posted the link for you to check out.
Any chance we can get his working anytime soon? It's been 3 weeks trying to launch the site and it hasn't ever worked...

Hi
Blank screen means that there is some fatal error there. Please set error showing level to maximum and so a message about this error will appear in screen. If it's set like that in joomla setting already than You may need to rise it in php.ini file as well.

Hi
I doubt this is related, those are mealy "Undefined index" notices and cannot cause a blank page. What can cause it is "Fatal error", but I still cannot see errors showing on Your website, so really cannot tell what can this be. Have You raised the error showing level already ?

Yes we have been through everything to no avail. The template seems to be too fragile as it stays up for just a few minutes and disappears to the blank page you're seeing. Its become a money pit of man hours...we're done . Thanks for your assistance.

Hi
Hard to believe that it's template's fault. If it was I would be flooded with reports of this issue and this is the only thread about that problem so far.
Please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp. I'll check what can be causing it.
