With quickstart you should have already faq page there - did you modify it or created new one?

When I delete few demo post and add my content faq is not work.

Ok, I'll ask different way - have you deleted original faq page and created your own, or is this an original faq page only modifed (edited) by you?

You must have had changed something more as FAQ page added to hidden menu didn't have faq css class added to it.

Hello, just ordered my first template from you, and I can tell the FAQ "prefix" doesn't work at all

I have tried all but, it doesn't open the "Answer"
Any suggestion why?
I have latest Joomla 3.4.8.

Seems like you have removed faq page class from this element (Menu Editor -> Main Menu -> Help/Faq -> Page display tab -> Page class field)
