Adjusting smooth scroll

I have the links in the header scrolling down to gkMainbodyTop, gkBottom1 and gkBottom2.
It works, but the result is not aligned very well with the tops of the modules. Is there a way to adjust this? I would prefer not to change the padding of the modules on the page because they look alright.

There is no way to adjust it per module. Paddings are the only way to do so.
