Hi,
trying to install just the CloudPro template in an existing site delivers the following error:
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Path does not have a valid package.
Any ideas? Thanks!
Frank

Hi,
Did you tried to install this file name "gk_cloudhost_J!25.zip" ?
because you should if you're using J2.5

Yes, of course... double checked it. I wouldn't try to install a J3 template on a J2.5 system.

You can try two options now:
1) Manual installation : https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... -manually/
2) Or unzip template package and zip again with low compression level.

Thanks Oscar,
manual installation did the trick.
Wonder what went wrong during normal installation though.
Cheers

From my experience I can guess :
1) Some servers do not like some types of high zip compression
2) template file size was too big for server settings
3) or just server has a bad "day" , no luck
