Highlight sub menu item?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if there is a way to highlight the page name on the sub menu? Currently regardless of what page I am on the menu text color doesn't change, and it doesn't give any indication where I am and what page I'm on? In the sample below, I am on the SP Module page, is there a way to turn the text red or have something to indicate I'm there?
