Hi, first time, I'm sorry my bad english.
I''ve a problem with error 403 in cloudhost template.
In my site, there are differents registered groups. When they loggin in, he goes to the same page (user's hall).
In user's hall there are a imagen link for each group.
If a user of a group A, clic the link for group A, he access to the specific content for group A.
If a user of a group B, clic the link for group Ah, he can't access the the specific content for group A. (Up here, all is ok)
User of group B is redirected to a error page (403 - forbidden), but as you can see in the image, the text ..."oops, you've encountered an error.."" is not showed
i haven't modificated Error.php archive in cloudhost template, so i don't understand this diference betwenn error 404 an error 403.
in other way....
how can i create a especific page por error 403?
Thanks.

Could you check whether you have this phrase TPL_GK_LANG_ERROR_INFO in your language file so in root/languages/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_cloudhost.ini?

Please try to rename error.php file in template directory, I suspect that this may be cause by restrictions for seeing content.

I think i don't understand in this line.
I've renamed "error.php" in template directory and I've named it "error2.php"
Now i see the generic error page for joomla, because "error.php" in template directory doesn't exits.
It isn't the solution I'm looking for my problem, so i think i don't understand what do you want, I'm sorry.

Our template should show the same message for all errors, 'oops some error have occurred'. We have plans to implement different text depends of error type but right now there is only one message. Please check whether TPL_GK_LANG_ERROR_INFO phrase exist in your language file (root/languages/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_cloudhost.ini).

This phrase exists in the archive.
In fact, it runs perfectly in error 404 ( i show you it in the first image i sent).
I don't know why it doesn't run in error 403

Can we just move discussion to one place? It is really hard to update problem status when I've answered you via PM and you in the forum topic. 403 error means that content is forbidden for this user, the same template is assigned for all languages?
