Hello,
I am starting to build new web site based on this template and I was wondering if it is compatible with Joomla 3.7, at least in regard that it won't break after update?

Hello,
Only beta version of Joomla 3.7.0 is available now, so we are not able to check compatibility with final version. We are going to update latest templates (when Joomla 3.7 will be released)

What template exactly? Recent12 templates are compatible with Joomla 3.7
