How to change Email Avatar

My email client is AirMail and it adds a email avatar to the left of my emails for that email account. Kind of like Gmail uses pictures of people from their google + account.

All my emails for a website that I manage are showing a Red Circle with Gavick in the middle. How do I change the avatar or icon so it uses the logo of the website. Kind of like a favicon?

I can't find a .ico file for the email anywhere.

can you show me screenshot with it, because I'm quite confused.

Besides what is e-mail account? It's Joomla so it uses User Manager, or maybe you are talking about K2 Users?
If second answer, just check K2 User Manager.
