Hi guys,
So I'm officially going a little nuts now. I'm sure i must be over-looking it, but could someone please tell me how to change the tabs content on the homepage? I've already changed the tabs images via FTP and the given png file, but I just can't work how to change the tab title & the contents, shown in the image with the grey boxes;
Many thanks.

From backend:
Appearance -> Widgets.
On the right Column -> Tab II - there are 4 tabs and you can change their titles.
If that will not help, after changing please go to
Settings -> Permalinks and click "Save changes".

Oh my goodness I'm such an idiot, can't believe i missed that! Haha, literally the results of too much coffee and too much Wordpress (as hard as it is to believe there is such a thing!).
Thank you so much for your help, it's appreciated

Don't worry, it happens to everyone. Sometimes taking an afternoon off the job helps to clear ones mind
