Ok, the problem is caused by font, that doesn't contain your custom national letters. Whet that happens, they are being displayed with next default font. What I would suggest to do it to go to template settings - there is a whole section about fonts - you can chose from google fonts, adobe fonts, fontsquirrel etc. Just search for a font that contains your national language letters and replace default one with your new one.

That will work only if font contains latin-ext glyphs
