Top picture of note suffix not showing

Hello - trying to get the top picture of the note suffix to display - no luck - no matter what I try it doesn't display...anyone have an answer for this?

Actually - just realized that it'll only show the top graphic if you're displaying the module title. If you choose to hide the title the top picture of the note suffix disapears too. Is there a workaround for this?

You can show the title and hide only the module title text with a css code.
