Migration from another template - How to enable Main Menu?

Hello,
I had a lot of problems with another template, so decided to migrate to Cherrydesign (most of visual css problems are solved now). I downloaded template zip (no "rest files").
There are still couple of questions:
1) How to enable main menu? I have menu items, but what else should I do?
2) How to remove navigation line "Warper.ru - магазин"?

I believe site is not live yet as it is showing cgi-bin folders.
