Facebook like button not showing despite FB ID

Hi support
I have include FB id but sometime it appears and sometime it doesn't in my k2 articles (side column).
My site is www.nlcc.org.sg

Also if it appears the phrase "Be the first of your friends to like this." will float across the background grey bar.
Can I force the phrase to be in the next line?

What do I need to do to see like button? Open single article?
Also - where like shows and where not?
