[Solved]Problem with the menu

As you can see on my site http://www.queermagazineonline.com the menus are placed under the logo and not like the demo.

Probably some conflict with another module or component, but I'm not sure what's going on or how to solve it.

Would really appreciate if someone can take a look at it.

The issue was some settings in the SC jQuery system plugin.
I had to install this plugin because of some Mobile version template issues.

I probably have some problems with JavaScript on my website.
