Clicking on 'Ask a question about this product' problem

Hi all,

I am wondering if someone can help please?

When I am on my website and click on the 'Ask a question about this product', I get a box that opens, but all it says is 'Featured Products' with no other boxes.

Have I disabled something by mistake?

Can someone please advise?
