Strange behaviour in Template with Cufon on IE 9

Hello,
i wanted to update the new cufon-yui.js and rename it cufon.js in layouts/cufon. If i do so, some pages work with IE9 but the Index page (Home) will break the layout.
Is there some other things, i must do?

Also, is there a chance, to have Mootools 1.2 integrate in the Template?
