TWN2 - K2 Article load takes +20 seconds, too slow

I'm using TWN2, Joomla 2.5.24, K2, News show pro GK4 and when you try to "Read More" of an article, you have to wait more than 20 seconds!
The site is running on VPS with 4gb RAM, two core processor, 8GB SWAP
I tried to use APC for cache, but it went slower (!?), so I got back to File Cache
I installed JCH Optimise
Don´t know what to do. Thank you.

Yesterday y disabled some modules from being displayed in Item page and reduced the waiting time.

I'm getting error 403 on your page.
