Modulo GK5 Tab titles can not change

Based on the documentation of MODULE SETTINGS for Module title: More News Tab I want to put as title Geography, I have been unable thus maintains the original More News Tab even after making several Global Unlockables, purge the cache expired.
How I can fix it?

Please show me a screen of a list of tabs in this module. Is changing tabs titles takes no effect ?
