Error message: Login Jfile: unable to open file

hi, When I try to login or add new user from the frontend, it shows this text at the top of the page: JFILE: :read: Unable to open file: .... (see the attachment)

I am sorry, I didn't know there is any answer to this question. Now I have another problem, I will make another post. Thanks for the reply.
