Video Tutorial - Quay Quickstart Installation!

Dear Members,
Quay is a Joomla 1.5 only template. The quickstart folder (in the rest of files package) does not include the 3rd party commercial product: Jomsocial component.
But, additionaly in the rest files package you can find the sql database dump. How to use this?
Go to video.gavick.com/video/template/quay_nov2009/ and see a video tutorial describing how to install the Quay template with the demo content.
