How to change number of columns in the modules

Yes, I found it.
But now I need 5 columns.
I see the module User11 in http://www.fronteiranoroeste.com.br/QUI ... CT2009/?tp =?
But I do not see the User11 module in the list of management modules!
So, I can not add one more column, as I did with the modules user7, user8, user9 and user10.
