Error with IE8 when I want to print with PDF

Hello,

I have an error with Coolfoto running IE8.
Please go to that page: http://www.guillenphoto.com/cms/terms-of-sales.html
Click the PDF icon on the top.
The following error is displayed: TCPDF error: Unsupported image type: php

It works with Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
As 80% on the people use IE from Microsoft, I would like to have a solution for the problem.

I am very surprised but it works on the page I saw first the problem. Now the problem appears on this page:

You can close the case. I found on internet a patch for the problem.
