mainmenu has disappeared off the site

Hi I've had this site running fine for a while now but all of a sudden the mainmenu isn't appearing on the site - please help

Did you rename your "mainmenu" by any chance? ( in menus )

No i've not renamed it or done anything that I'm aware of
