Where are the meta tags and generator tag ?

I have posted it again today, but the answer was not the appropriate according to my membership fee! So i will be clear. I am using viyo template. You claim that "meta tags" are placed into "gk_head.php" file under the path: templates/gk_viyo_blye/lib/php.That is not seem to be true. Nothing relative exists in there!
I need to add my customized - extra meta tags, and finally change meta generator that refers to my joomla's version, avoiding this way joomla hackers!
So please tell me WHAT IS THE FILE PATH TO HARDCORE IT!
Am i asking a lot?

The full path to the appropriate file is /libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer.
