site not working whith dark template

Hi
my site crashed a few days ago. Had installed the dark template. In an attempt to resolve the situation, removed the dark template, because it originated the error, and now can not reinstall it. Always gives me this error:

JFolder::create: Não foi possível criar o directório
Aviso! Falha ao mover o ficheiro
JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/home/content/s/p/o/spotvalue/html/copper/tmp/gk_eshop_dark_J!15.tgz'

Unable to read archive
Do you know whta´s appening? Have a solution?. The light template works fine. Dark template causes the error.
