How can i disable the registratrion user?

I need to delete the registration for new user, i want register people by myself when i'm sure in who they are.. how can i do?

i tryed to watch in modules and plugins but i see just the login module and not the register for to disable it

where i shold find?

You can enable or disable login and register buttons on template parameters.
