How can I create new module?

Can you tell me how can I insert new module above user1, user2 & user3 position in news portal?

There is no place for new module on top of those position unless you do excessive code in your html and css for that it call custum template and I am sure if time the genius here will be available to do it for a big price as it wont be easy for them and normal cost of a coder is around 45 dollars per hour minimum.

Ok, then tell me is it possible to easily create two new modules under User3 position (one module 180 px width & one 120 px width, or something like that)?

I give 2 possibilities in this examples:

Add one more module, next to the user3 and also how to add 3 more modules above user1, user2 and user3.

Follow the instrutions on txt files.

Backup files before do anything.
