Can not see new item

I installed THE WORLD NEWS II at anestesia-analgesia.com and it worked well while I substituted old items of the templates by my owns.
But all the new items I created can be seen on the first page, but the link does not work. When I click on the items, it links me to the first page. Where is the error?

Hello, I used the same template on [url]daxmed.com[/url] and had the same problem: I cannot see new items on the first page, although I created a link to the main menu (Endocrino-> Patologías -> Hipoglucemia) and I can find the new page also searching it (hipoglucemia, causas). But I´m not able to see it on the frontpage and it dos not appear under "NOVEDADES".
What can I do?

So You cannot see new articles. Am I right ? But can You see them after some time has passed ? If Yes than try to use OFFSET functio in module configuration.
If this will not help please make 2 small tests:

1. Disable all cache in joomla or server, check the result.
2. Try change the publish date in article which is not visible to 1year ago and 1year ahead. Check if any of this options makes it appear.
