Some errors after updated to Joomla 3

Hi, Since I updated the Joomla to Joomla 3 I have some errors 1064 in my website.
Maybe Have i to update the theme??

When I update the template, the changes that I made at the template... will be lost??

No, you have to install the package with the template through the joomla extension manager and yes, all changes which you made will be lost.
