User Issue and Registration! :(

hi, im trying to create my site on boutique template i have installed the quickstart files and im generally good at managing modules and menus, items etc.

but im stuck on user database. http://www.setipiacipiaci.com/ in this site this i saw how its created boutique template and i wonder how i cant do the registration and login phases..

i also want to use k2 in order to make user profiles, pics and all.. i dont know if i can do it on normal users..I ve been reading many posts and topics here and outside as well but i just cant understand

so please please pleasee help !
