RedShop Account Displays White Screen

July 17, 2013 I installed whichever version of Boutique was current at the time. I created a 'My Account' menu item to RedShop's menu type of 'Account Layout'. It didn't work and displayed as a blank white screen.

To clarify, the Account Layout page does work for registered Joomla users who are NOT RedShop users yet. But it doesn't work for RedShop users who are the only site visitors that would want to use it anyway. RedShop's reply was:

You did template overriding. The problem is file: /templates/gk_boutique/html/com_redshop/account/default.php
So you should replace it by the latest file from redSHOP and it will work

I did replace the account/default.php file as they told me and it did fix the problem. I'm sure that means that I lost the Boutique style for this page. Now that I recently upgraded the Boutique template, the problem is back. Can you please fix that template file so I can have the Boutique style for this page?
